Our largest Process Floor Map!

It’s been quiet on this blog for the last few days as I’ve been leading a 5-day ‘Managing Successful Programmes’ (MSP) Practitioner course in Hammersmith, West London for a well-known telephone retailer.

As always I find that these events take 100% from me during the day, so that ‘other stuff’ awaits me in the evening. Alas, blogging must take a back seat during such weeks.

Dscf0480Readers might be interested, though, in this picture of the floor map built by the delegates in the generously spacious venue of MWB Exchange. This must be the largest map of the MSP process model that any of our classes have built so far.
