Biography
Currently I'm Chairman of Pearce Mayfield, the programme and project management consultancy and training company, which has its headquarters in Wantage, Oxfordshire. My team let me do a bit of training, writing and public speaking.
When I set up Pearce Mayfield (formerly known as 'PMA') in 1994, I was commissioned by the UK Government to help them manage the development of a best practice method managing projects that was eventually launched as PRINCE2(tm).
